Joseph Chiarello has been entertaining audiences for decades as a lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist with several bands of his own. In 2018 he went solo and ultimately teamed up with a smooth harmony singer Janene Cooper and Neon Moon Duo was formed, performing over 70 shows throughout the South Florida music scene in the past year.
